Raj Rajasekar co-founded Niche Video Media and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Raj defines the company’s vision and strategy, develops strategic partnerships with complementors, and is responsible for inculcating the corporate culture.

Raj has sixteen years of professional services experience and has worked for 2 of the big four consulting audit firms (Deloitte & Touché LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). He is a seed investor and advisor for a cloud based helpdesk startup www.freshdesk.com. As a senior architect in Deloitte’s Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice, Raj became an acknowledged expert with the Oracle IAM product suite. He has earned numerous commendations with clients and performance awards for his capability and project success.

Raj Rajasekar earned his B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University in 1996. He then went on to receive his Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta in 2012.

Dominic Francis co-founded Niche Video Media and is its Chief Operating Officer as well as Chief Information Officer. Dominic is responsible for all the infrastructure and services required to make the company operate, manages the development staff, and manages all vendor relationships for the company. His previous experience in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, services, manufacturing, and media provides the background needed to produce the platform on which all Niche Video Media products rest.

Dominic has worked on several large information technology projects in many different industry verticals. The past 9 years of his experience involve managing and delivering large digital media initiatives for multinational corporations. Dominic's extensive experience and deep interest in media technology drives his passion to build a rich media platform targeted towards eLearning.

Dominic earned his B.S. in Math, Computer Science and Physics in 1994 and M.S in Computer Science in 1996 from India. Dominic received his Project Management certification from the George Washington University (School of Business & Public Management) in the year 2005. His diverse project experience has helped him gain strong entrepreneurial and project management skills. In 2012, he earned his Executive MBA from Georgia State University.

Glen West joined Niche Video Media as its Chief Customer Officer, also acting as Chief Technology Officer, in August, 2012. Glen is responsible for customer acquisition, crafting the customer experience, defining the product line, and ensuring that people, process, and technology come together to build a business that is sustainable from the ground up. He brings 30 years of broad industry experience in Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Transportation to the team. Like all of Niche Video Media’ leadership team, he has years of experience leading large global teams on three continents. Having succeeded in every IT role from Programmer to CIO, from startups to the Fortune 100, Glen branched out into non-IT functions from Project and Product Management to directing Search Engine Marketing.

Niche Video Media is Glen’s fourth startup. He founded TechSmiths and grew the 8-person technology company to $1M. Co-founding Naturallure, an artisan jewelry retailer, provided insights into consumer marketing. He used his online marketing skills to co-found Home Expo Gallery, a Real Estate Company, and grow it to $5M. Glen’s drive is to ensure that Niche Video Media can scale cost-effectively from a startup to a multi-million-dollar enterprise prepared from day one for the Sarbanes-Oxley challenge of an IPO.

Before earning his Executive MBA from Georgia State University, Glen received a BS in Information technology, training in Six Sigma and Capability Maturity Model (CMMI), and certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Finance (Bloomberg), Programming (SCJP), and Databases (MCTS).

Noel Schweers has served as General Counsel for Niche Video Media since the formation of the company in May of 2012. In this role, Noel assisted the co-founders with the Company’s organization and various related business governance matters. He is currently responsible for legal and regulatory compliance. Noel also assists with intellectual property protection issues.

Noel has over twenty years experience as a business and corporate lawyer in private practice in Augusta, Georgia. During this period, he has represented numerous start-up and mature businesses, including both private and public companies. His primary focus has involved advising owners of small and mid-sized business in all aspects of their business activities. Additionally, he has represented individuals, lenders, borrowers, real estate developers, utility companies, local governments, governmental authorities, hospitals, title insurance companies, and large timberland and farmland owners in diverse purchase, sale, merger, lease, bond and traditional bank financing transactions.

Noel is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and South Carolina. He is very active with the State Bar of Georgia and other professional organizations. This includes recent leadership roles as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-Chair and Chair of the executive committee of the Real Property Law Section.

Noel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He also holds both Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
